1. Nonexclusive limited license and assignability:

By purchasing any extension from Blogomunity you have agreed to this License.

This license is for installing the component in one public site (except GPL-licensed extensions).

Blogomunity can not 100% guarantee that our extensions will correctly work with any other 3rd party extension installed.

Blogomunity grants you a nonexclusive limited license to use the products purchased through our web site. You may use each individual product with a single installation on the live site (except GPL-licensed extensions). Each time you create another project with the same product you have to purchase this product (except GPL-licensed extensions). 

Each purchased product is provided with valid one-year license for one domain if no other conditions are specified (except GPL-licensed extensions). During this year you will be provided with support (for functionality in a product description) and free updates for purchased product. After license has expired you are able to prolong it. If you don't want to prolong it, your purchased product will continue working, but you will not be able to get free support or product updates.

Your access to downloads and support is disabled once we know the facts of redistributing our software (you can redistribute the software according to and with GPL rules, but we won't provide downloads and support in this case).

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from Blogomunity (except GPL-licensed extensions).


Blogomunity reserves the right to change, without notice, the specifications, drawings and information contained in this manual.

This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this license to be unenforceable, the other provisions of this limited warranty and software license agreement shall remain in effect without limitation.

2. Product delivery note:

Blogomunity products are electronically delivered only. Boxed products, discs and manuals are not available. Evaluate the suitability of the product you are purchasing a license for. Graphic depiction of box for display purposes only.

3. Ordering and shipping:

1. After you proceed to checkout, you will be prompted with the domain info where the product is supposed to be installed. You can confirm the order and receive the email with the order info and order details link.

2. After confirming the order, you will redirected to secure 2Checkout website where secure checkout is processed.

3. After you’ve made your payment and payment is confirmed you will be provided with the links to download the purchased product and other related files in our Member Area. Payment confirmation includes fraud checking by 2Checkout payment system.

4. License code for the product and future updates will be available in our Member Area.

4. Modifications and ownership:

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified (except GPL-licensed extensions). All products are property of Blogomunity. All editorial content and graphics on our sites may not be copied without written permission of Blogomunity. Reuse of any editorial content and graphics from blogomunity.com for any purpose without our permission is strictly prohibited.

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

Blogomunity will take every effort to fix bugs, errors and further functionality. But Blogomunity does not assume responsibility for any errors which may appear. Blogomunity's extensions are provided without warranty of any kind whether express, statutory or implied, including all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Blogomunity will take every effort to help restore lost or damaged information if possible. But Blogomunity won't in any event be liable for any direct, consequential, incidental, indirect or special damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In particular, Blogomunity shall have no liability for any damage loss or corruption of data or programs stored in or used in conjunction with Blogomunity's extensions, nor shall the authors be liable for the cost of retrieving or replacing damaged lost or corrupted data.

You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written permission from our company(except GPL-licensed extensions).

De-compiling, disassemble, reverse engineer, modify, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based upon the extensions software in whole or in part without permission of the Blogomunity; transmit the component to any person, unless the original package and its whole original content is transmitted, and that this person accepts to be bound by the terms and conditions of this software license agreement and warranty(except GPL-licensed extensions).

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) in the templates of our products to fit your purposes. You may not change or remove the copyright information in the files included in the purchased product (except GPL-licensed extensions).

5. Support:

We offer support as a part of your purchase during the license validity term for the functionality in a product description.

If you have a question you think others have too please post it on the Forum. Blogomunity does not commit to monitor these forums, but we reserve the right to respond and answer questions. If you have a specific question, please open a support ticket in Support Desk. We try our best to respond within 24 hours but we can't guarantee it. Support is not available during weekends, though you may create tickets.

6. Updates/Upgrades:

Blogomunity developers make their best to design extensions for the latest version of Joomla! on the release of our product, but we can give no guarantee that the product will run with future versions of Joomla! or any other software.

Blogomunity can no guarantee that the product will be always updated or upgraded.

7. Refund policy

Blogomunity provides software components and products that are digital software. If you find a bug in our product, please use our Support Desk to inform the problem. Finding a bug is not a reason to request refund. We will do our best to fix the bug in the short terms and either provide you with the update files or include the correct version of the files in the next available update for the product.

If you experience problems installing and using our products please contact us via Support Desk and we will help you.

Since there is a great amount of server configurations and it is impossible for us to test our products on every platform we provide help in getting our products up and running on your server. If you are unable to install and use as appropriate the product you've purchased  please contact us via Support Desk and we will provide our help to get software work on you server. To achieve this we can ask for FTP access to your site, MySQL database (phpMyAdmin access) and Joomla! backend access. If we fail to get our software up and running on your server then we will issue a refund. If you can’t provide us with necessary access details or other important information then we will not be able to issue a refund. Should you contact Blogomunity within 24 hours you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

You can ask for refund if:
  • The stated functionalities of a component do not work and all our tries to fix it failed.

You can NOT ask for refund if:
  • Configuration of your server does not meet the component's requirements
  • The component works not in a way you expect it to work. That means that if the stated functionalities you desire exists, but work differently than you dreamed.
  • Our working hours are not compatible with yours or you request support on weekends and you cannot be supported in time.
  • You just want your money back.
