Finally!
I still have to buy the bridge so I can't test the jomsocial plugin. That's why I have some questions:

It shows user's posts in the profile and has bunch of settings

What settings does it have?

1) Does it automatically add a tab in the jomsocial's toolbar as per new toolbar API?

2) what about points? can we set points added/subtracted from the plugin's backend?
3) Is it working with jomsocial's activity stream? When a new post/reply is made, does it appear in the activity stream?
4) are the phpbb's links (pm, profile) automatically parsed to jomsocial's ones? Meaning if I click PM on phpbb, does it use the jomsocial's pm system?
5) Can I change my phpbb settings within my jomsocial profile? (subscribed topics, ....)

Bridge can redirect phpBB profile to JomSocial user profile.

5) Can I change my phpbb settings within my jomsocial profile? (subscribed topics, ....)

No.
