Reason for special templates

Postby jansuhr » March 11th, 2009, 9:27 am

I have a site with another template than subsilver or prosilver.

Is there any functional differences with your styles that make them required.

Or can I use my templates without any problems?

You can user any phpBB template for the bridge in stand-alone mode. But wrapped mode require special templates because the phpBB code is inserted in Joomla template.
These special templates should be designed for proper HTML code (i.e. no <body> tags) and for avoiding conflicts between CSS of Joomla template and phpBB template.

My template is working but it changed its look slightly so there is apparently some CSS conflicts. I run in wrapped mode.

I will look into that.

Thanks

I'm sure I read somewhere that you have some of these cut back templates. As a paid up member can I get one? If so, how do I get it?

Thank you.
