Rocket Theme templatesDo you think we would have any issues going with one of their templates . I sent them an addy with the instructions you provided in the other forum for modding them . I have yet to hear back. I beleive their templates are based on pro-silver . They implement some sort of script to pull modules in . I think we should just be able to disable that .
Have you had any encounters with their templates ? Thanks.
Re: Rocket Theme templatesUsuaally we don't have any problems with RocketTheme templates, they work fine for the bridge in stand-alone mode.
Modification can be required for using with bridge in wrapped mode. Let he without sin throw the first stone.
Re: Rocket Theme templatesOK just making sure the modifications would work .
Thnxs
Re: Rocket Theme templatesdidnt work at all well for me in wrapped mode
Re: Rocket Theme templatesRocket Theme templates can be used in stand-alone mode, wrapped mode requires special templates because forum code is injected inside Joomla template and HTML/CSS conflicts are possible, in fact any Rocket Theme template can be revamped for using in wrapped mode.
So it's not an issue that it doesn't work for you in wrapped mode, we will be more amazed that it works Let he without sin throw the first stone.
Re: Rocket Theme templatessorry didnt clarify my post
yes i understand that they wont work without modification , i raised the problem with RT and was told as much unfortunately its beyond my capabilities to modify the theme do you offer a paid service for modifying theme ?
Re: Rocket Theme templatesIs there anything beyond the instructions Quick guide to modifying templates that someone following the directions should be concerned about regarding these templates ? Whats the worse that could happen ?
Also LOlz the avatar admin.
Re: Rocket Theme templatesEvery template is custom case, hard to say in common.
Just contact support if you have any problems. Avatar is result of testing CB integration Let he without sin throw the first stone.
Re: Rocket Theme templatesSo if I understand correctly, there is a method developed into the component where a forum can be integrated into the site without using a wrapper? I also have a RT style on my forum and am planning on purchasing this software to bring my fireboard across.
